Will my order ship the same day I place the order online?
We CANNOT guarantee shipping times. Since we drop ship from all over the US, there is some necessary processing time before your order can ship. Most orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from placement of the order. Orders which require assembly will typically ship 2-3 business days after placement of the order. How long will my order take to reach me?
UPS Ground: 1 - 7 Business Days.
UPS 3-Day Select: 1 - 3 Business Days.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 Business Days.
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (by 5pm)
**Please note that Business Days does not include weekends or holidays and does not count the day your item ships. These shipping times begin once the package has been picked up by the carrier and DOES NOT take into account processing time.

I've placed my order but never received email confirmation.
1.) Please verify that you entered your email address correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost communication due to bad email addresses. Our order entry system automatically sends confirmation and update notices, so a valid email is vital.
2.) Please check that your email security/spam filtering system is not blocking our email address and messages from us.
Can I pay for my order when it arrives (C.O.D.)?
No. All orders must be paid by credit card or via PayPal at time of checkout.

Is the size I order guaranteed to fit? If not will you ship me a new size at no charge?
Our Sizing Information page is designed to be as helpful as we can without personally fitting you for a skate. However, the final decision on size is ultimately yours.
Therefore we cannot assume the cost for shipping if the skate simply doesn't fit.
Should we make a mistake and send the wrong size from what was ordered, then we will rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
How do I return merchandise?
We are happy to offer Exchanges and Returns. Please review our Exchange / Return Policy for details.

How many wheels do I get in my order?
All quad wheels are sold in sets of 8. All inline wheels are sold as individual wheels. (Unless otherwise noted)
Can I use my outside wheels indoors and vice versa?
Outdoor wheels are typically softer than those used inside a skating rink. This is to absorb the inconsistencies in outdoor surfaces. They will work on either "low top" speed/jam skates or "high top" artisitc/recreational skates.
You will need to check with your local skating center for their rules on bringing in outside wheels. Most rinks will want to inspect your skates and wheels so their floor is not damaged in any way.
Taking indoor wheels outside is a little trickier. Because they are harder you will want to find a smooth as possible surface. Just ask anyone who's been sent flying from the tiniest pebble in their path. They just don't absorb as well.
If you plan to switch wheels from indoor to outdoor frequently, it's also a good idea to invest in an extra set of bearings. This way it's a quick switch and you're rollin' on your way!
Will you match a price I found somewhere else?
We want to get your business and will do everything we can, but we support our industry and our manufacturers who set Minimum Advertised Prices. We will not undercut fair prices for the sake of getting a sale. We wouldn't be in business very long if we did that.
There are also other factors in the price of an item, therefore we will match a listed price if at possible but we cannot guarantee it. You must send us a link with the listed price you want us to match and we'll let you know if we can do it.
I don't see the specific item I'm looking for. Does that mean you don't sell it?
Web sites are always changing and ours is no exception. We will be adding items all the time. So if there is something specific you want that you don't see, please email us and we'll see what we can do. Our suppliers have so many items to choose from we can almost always find what you're looking for.
I see you sell complete skate outfits. What if I want to customize my outfit with particular components - boots, chassis, etc..?
Until we get all these components listed on the web site, you can simply email us your component list (boot, chassis, toe-stop, wheel & bearing) and we'll get back to you with a price quote.
