Exchanges & Returns

Item# reex

You must submit an email request to our office for a Return Authorization within 15 days of the date on your invoice. Please type "RETURN" and your order # in the subject of your email and send to RETURNS DEPT.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

Under NO circumstances is exchanged merchandise shipped before the returning merchandise is received back. If you need a replacement item immediately, you will need to place an order and pay for the new item and we will then issue a direct refund once the original item is received back.

All merchandise is inspected throroughly before shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise you must file a claim with the freight carrier. Any shortages of merchandise should be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

You are responsible for all shipping charges to return/exchange your merchandise, including insurance - we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us. This includes any shipping charges to send an exchanged item back to you. COD Returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Restocking, Re-Box and Original Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card of purchase - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION WITH THE RETURN/EXCHANGE. It is helpful to write on this copy what is desired (i.e. new size or straight refund).

SKATES

Factory Assembled Complete Skate Outfits:
Factory Assembled Skates may be exchanged for a different size, different skate of equal or greater value, or returned for credit unless otherwise listed. The skates must be un-used, "like-new" and their original box should be wrapped for shipping.

If upon inspection they are NOT deemed fit for resale, we will NOT issue credit or an exchange, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If the box is damaged or un-wrapped, there will be a $5 Re-Box Fee.

Custom Mounted Complete Skate Outfits:
Custom Mounted Skates are mounted upon placement of your order. Once a skate is assembled, boots are often un-useable for any other type of chassis. We may still be able to exchange or return one of these items, but it is at our discretion. Therefore, we suggest reading our SIZING GUIDELINES section and/or Contact Us via email for specific questions.

All Other Items

All items must be in excellent, like new condition to be returned for an exchange or refund. Returns should include all proprietary packaging and promotional items in un-damaged and un-used condition.

Warranty Information:

Warranties vary greatly from one manufacturer to the next. Please Contact Us via email if you feel you have a warranty claim. Please note that color variations and cosmetic blemishes are not guaranteed grounds for a warranty claim.
